Thank you for shopping with BonTay Businerss Products, Inc. and on bontay.com. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines:
Office supplies, unopened, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 25 days of purchase.
All Ink & Toner may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in their original, unopened condition within 25 days of purchase.
Technology and consumer electronic products may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in like new condition, in their original packaging, with UPC code, within 14 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.
Software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be returned for a full refund if in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened software, CDs, DVDs and video games may be exchanged for the same item only. Downloadable software purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
Furniture may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund if unassembled and in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) with UPC code within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable: Special Order/Custom-made items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
